Abstract

Relevance. Since 2013, the UN publishes the World Report on Happiness which indicates the happiness rating of citizens in each country. The Object of the Study is a system of indicators of the level and quality of life. The Subject of the Study is social and humanitarian quality of life indices. The concept of "happiness" is connected with the mentality of the people, the way of subjective being of a person, personal meanings and vital aspirations, with worldviews and perceptions of the "life destiny" of a person, his (her) destiny. Basic Aspects. The first state precedent for regulating happiness was implemented in the Kingdom of Bhutan, where happiness is enshrined in its Constitution. The article explores the possibilities of applying the practice of regulating happiness in contemporary Russia.
