Abstract

The Object of the Study is the sociolabour relations on the labour market under the influence of the 6 TW. The Subject of the Study. The employment problems in the formation of the digital economy and technological changes in production under the influence of the 6 TW. The Purpose of the Study is considering topical issues of transforming labour in the transition to a new technological structure of the economy and related changes in the requirements for human resources in the age of technological change. In these circumstances, to avoid social discontent in society new approaches and models of work with personnel are required. The transition to a digital economy makes a significant transformation of labour relations in the development of a flexible virtual labour market with the use of not only telecommuting, but also so-called atypical forms of employment.
