Abstract

Object. Precarious employment. Subject. Increasing risks of precarious employment for different social and demographic groups of population. Purpose. Risk-analysis of precarious employment probability increasing for different social and demographic groups of population. Identifying  groups with the highest level of risk. Description of factors influencing higher risk being involved in precarious employment. Basic Statements of the Article. The authors analyze risks of precarious employment for different social and demographic groups of population: foreign workers, disabled people, elderly age group, the young, women, ex-felons, and groups with lower levels of qualification, education and skills. These risks consider to be increasing dependent on internal factors, which places a person into uncompetitive position at the labour market, and on external factors, pushing him or her into precarious employment relations. Also there is closed connection between risk being unemployed and risk being involved in precarious employment.
