Abstract
Object. Precarious employment risks
Subject. Influence of precarious employment risks on the structure of social partnership institutions.
Purpose. Analysis of precarious employment risks.
Basic Theoretical Aspects. The article reveals the issues related to the precarious employment risks in the labour market against the structure background of social partnership institutions in Russia. The situation is analyzed and statistics are given which testify to the deterioration of the social well-being of Russians under the influence of expanding the boundaries of precarious employment in the labour market. The conditions and consequences of the negative impact of the precarious employment forms and types on the stable development of the state and society as well as the trajectory of the growth of Russian business are considered. Measures to develop approaches to prevent and reduce negative phenomena of precarious employment are being created.
