Abstract

The Object of the Study is the process of precarious employment in the member countries of the Eurasian economic union (EAEU). The Subject of the Study is the economically active part of the population, involved in the process of precarious employment in the labour markets of the member countries of the EAEU. The task of identifying the main trends of precarious employment of the population in the Eurasian space predetermined the choice of the topic of the article and its structure. The Purpose of the Article is analyzing the degree of precariousness of employment in the EAEU member countries and identifying the categories of economically active part of the population involved in precarious employment. The scientific significance of the work lies in obtaining new knowledge about the precarious employment in the EAEU member countries. The practical importance of the work is justifying the problem of precarious employment in the five member countries of the EAEU as a potential risk. The result of practical application can be the introduction of the proposed in the article the main provisions in the guidelines for building a methodology for identifying the degree of precarious employment. The results obtained in the article can be used for further applied and theoretical research in the field of labour economics, and analytical material can be implemented in the development of lecture courses on humanitarian disciplines. The methodological part of the work was ensured by studying and using the works of foreign and domestic scientists on the theoretical foundations for the pre-occupation of employment. In addition, analytical materials of the Eurasian economic commission and official data of national statistical agencies have been used. The methodological basis of the research is the economic-sociological approach to the analysis of the labour market. The authors have used methods of the system approach, economic and sociological research tools, in particular. As the main conclusion of the article obtained on the basis of the results of the study, it is necessary to highlight the presence of serious problems in connection with the deepening of the process of precarization in practically all the member countries of the EAEU.
