Abstract
The Object of the Study is indicators of tensions on the labor market.
The Subject of the Study, from the theoretical point of view. is the analysis of the basic standards of the labour market. The Empirical Part of the Study is the analysis of the causes and dynamics of changes in the labor market.
The Purpose of the Study is identifying trends and main causes of changes in the analysis of tensions on the labour market, showing the impact of the major indicators of tensions on the labour market of Russia and development trends, revealing their main causes, and to proposing an adjustment of the existing order of actions in the labour market.
The Main Theoretical and Empirical Aspect is identifying the principal causes of changes in the labour market. Consequences for the labour market application (not the application) of the objective indicators of tensions on the labour market have been formulated. The practice of foreign experience of reforming employment services have been analyzed and future trends and the reasons for the negative trends in the labour market explored. The analysis of the shortcomings of the latest action in the field of employment measures, and applying good practices worked out in the past to reduce tensions on the labour market and related social risks have been given.
