Abstract
The article gives the key conclusions drawn by the experts from some Siberian regions within the 2016 Russian sociological survey aimed at assessing the efficiency of the 2015 national project ‘The Year of Literature’. They are indicative of the framework of problems related to the efficiency of this federal national project in Siberian regions although there are some positive results connected with much more activity of education and cultural institutions, writers and the civil society in Siberia as a whole.
