Abstract

Оbject of the Study. The conceptual bases of the theoretic-methodological analysis of modern national and cultural, productive and economic, social and territorial differentiation of the population of regions of Russia on the basis of a culturevitalism as a social and humanitarian metatheory and vitalist sociology of school sciences of vital forces of the contemporary person and society (registration number – No 96-1598-629). Subject of the Study. Specifics of theoreticmethodological providing of the modern analysis of formation and development, functioning in regions of Russia, vital forces and vital space, national and cultural, productive and economic, social and territorial educations of the population of the country, their participation in evolution of all main spheres of contemporary society. Theoretical Aspect of the Subject. The conceptual bases of the theoretic-methodological analysis of contemporary national and cultural, productive and economic, social and territorial differentiation of the population of regions of Russia on the basis of a culturevitalism as a social and humanitarian metatheory and vitalist sociology of school sciences of vital forces of the contemporary person and society. Specifics of theoretic-methodological providing the modern analysis of formation and development, functioning in regions of Russia, of vital forces and vital space, national and cultural, productive and economic, social and territorial formations of the population of the country, their participation in evolution of all main spheres of contemporary society. Purpose of the Study. Describing the features of the theoretic-methodological support of modern analysis of formation and development, functioning in the regions of Russia and the vitality of living space, national, cultural, industrial and economic, social and territorial units of the population, their participation in the evolution of all the major areas of contemporary society. Main    Theoretical    Aspects    of     the     Article. Civilization development of the person and society, formation of the new scientific picture of the world developing on the basis of achievements of system - synergetic, the analysis of basic tendencies, demand effective application of culturevitalism as a modern sociohumanistic metatheory. Fundamentals of sociological vitalism as paradigms of sociology of the 21st century are considered in the context of formation of educational society of knowledge, integration of the main forms of public consciousness of the formed civilization of the operated socionatural evolution focused on priorities of social efficiency, overcoming economic centrism and vulgar and liberal and market pragmatism of traditional consumer spontaneous - exploiter society. Culturevitalism and vitalist sociology become a conceptual basis of the analysis and improvement of welfare, productive and economic and social and territorial differentiation, development of the population of Russia, contemporary world socio cultural space as a whole. On the basis of priorities of social efficiency, formation of the basic social relations of people concerning means of reproduction of life, vital space of life the new system of interference of vital space is formed. The quantity, quality and a measure of development of vital forces and vital space of the person define specifics of interference in the context of development of the relations of possession, use, the order, distribution, assignment, consumption of resources of life support. Development of relationship of subjects of social life is carried out in three main forms: 1) natural, «blind» interaction of vital forces and vital space; 2) interactions by means of steady sociocultural interferences of vital space and vital potential; 3) social and creative, mutually reformative interaction of vital space. Culturevitalism and vitalist sociology as a conceptual basis allow to provide the up-to-date analysis of national and cultural productive and economic and social and territorial differentiation of the population of regions of Russia in the early 21st century.
