Abstract
The article deals with the results of statistical analysis of dynamics and differentiation of the population incomes in the Altay Kray compared with those in Russia and regions in the Siberian Federal District. Trends in population income per capita and average monthly wages, real incomes, income structure, poverty and inequalities at three phases of economic development, namely: in the 1990s, during the period of economic growth and in 20092014 characterized by impact of the global crisis have been analyzed, the features of interrelation of population income and gross regional product per capita and social risks in the sphere of population incomes being identified.
