Abstract

Methodology. Kulturvitalizm - methodological basis of the analysis of the spiritual and moral dimension of the quality of life in the country, (region, city). Sociological Studies. Empirical sociological data on the growth of the population active in the social sphere of activity, the rise of civic position as the dominant sociopsychological characteristics of the regional society. The Dominant Position of Spiritual and Moral Component of Quality of Life. The mentality of the regional society of spiritual and moral values are the main axiological support. The Primacy of Patriotism in the Spiritual and Moral Cohesion of the Population. The core of the spiritual unity of society is patriotism, acquiring priority in the worldview of young people. The Resulting Problem. Ways to further enhancing the effectiveness of patriotic education of youth in current conditions.
