Abstract
Primary Purpose. The purpose is defined as the modernization and development of the collective-contractual regulation of wages on the basis of comprehensive analysis of labour, the role of sectoral agreements and foreign experience in the construction of the tariff system.
Subject. General Agreements between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, republican associations of employers and trade unions, sectoral agreements among the authorized state authorities of the corresponding area of activities, the authorized representatives of employers and industry trade unions, regional agreements between local executive bodies, authorized representatives of employers and regional associations of trade unions.
The Analytical Task. Studying an increase of efficiency of wage management issues in sectoral agreements of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Analyzing issues of remuneration: employees of government agencies and state enterprises; form of remuneration; staffing; the size of salaries of state employees; bonus system and other remuneration; the size of tariff rates; accounting the specificity of production and working conditions in the industry for calculating the minimum wage standard workers employed in jobs with harmful (particularly harmful) and (or) dangerous working conditions; indexation of wages and others.
Practical Implementation. Realization of the goal is focused on enhancing the role of major sectoral agreements in the contractual regulation of wages.
