Abstract
Subject of the Study. Analyzing of the problems of assessing the effectiveness of safety management from the perspective of the requirements for HR and labour relations cooperation partners in connection with the objectives of substantive response to the real situation in the social and labour sphere.
Social Problems. The problems of social efficiency of work, management in HR, the efficiency of the labour motivation of management, the effectiveness of management of sociopsychological climate are considered.
The Analytical Task. Consideration of the basic concepts of evaluating the effectiveness of work. Analysis of criteria to assess the effectiveness of work. Effective measurement of mathematical and theoretical and empirical tools to assess the effectiveness of the control factors is important.
