Abstract
Abstract
Purpose. Justification of the project «Children’s Budget» as a new quality of social and economic governance in public policy. The Analytical Task. Research revenue structure by groups of families and real consumption patterns.
Subject. Analyzing the «Children’s Budget» as an economic (support for families to maintain a child), and a sociocultural strategy (promoting the efficiency of the process of socialization of children).
The Technological Basis for Solving the Problem. New socioeconomic tools: tools of state regulation of incomes and combating poverty; «Design diagram» in the regulation of the budget process in the aspect of long-term economic development; government regulation of population policies; the state program on social support of the population; state support in the conduct of family policy; state regulation of incomes and combating poverty.
