Abstract
In the conditions of unstable economic situation, the problems of increasing misbalance of labour offer and demand gain more topicality. The article represents continuation of the author’s study in the sphere of formation of the regional labour marker balanced conjuncture.
The Object of the Study research is the labour market of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
The Subject of the Study is professional misbalance problem on the regional labour market.
The Purpose of the Study is defining the insufficient and excessive professions on the regional labour market by means of calculating the direct and reverse intensity coefficient as well as tracking the state of the professional conjuncture of the labour market of the Republic of Bashkortostan in dynamics.
The author has conducted research of conjuncture of the regional labour market by means of calculating the direct and reverse intensity coefficient. The conjuncture of the regional labour market from a perspective of professional component is analyzed by calculating the intensity coefficient for some blue-collar and white-collar professions. In the course of studying, insufficient and excessive blue-collar and white-collar professions have been singled out. According to the results of the analysis, the market is overloaded with low-qualified workforce and is in deficit of qualified workers, building workers in particular. Analysis of data on blue-collar profession in dynamics has showed that during the period of sharpening situation on the labour market the intensity coefficient of excessive professions increases and the reverse intensity coefficient of the deficit professions decreases. During the period of crisis, some deficit professions become excessive.
Analyzing the blue-collar professions market has shown that professions of economic and legal profile are excessive. There is a deficit of medical, agricultural and engineering specialists in the region. Any change of intensity during the period of sharpening situation on the labour market on blue-collar professions hasn’t been revealed.
