Abstract
Currently, the problem of preservation and development of personnel potential of the regions is very urgent, because the capital and world centres "pull together" young and promising employees from the labour market in the region, giving rise to such phenomena as the "brain drain" and "brain motivations." We think that the further development of the conceptual foundations of migration management in the youth segment of the labour market regions, as well as identification of patterns, trends and extent of migration flows of young people from the periphery to the regional metropolitan centres in the light of development of the market of educational services are needed. In this regard, the article analyzes the current situation in the youth labour educational services market, the demand for young professionals in the labour market in an organic relationship with the demand for higher education specialties of applicants for admission to the university. Besides the distinctive features of different demands on one and the same direction (specialty) in different educational institutions are singled out.
Object of the Study. Young people, as the most important category of the labour force in the region.
Subject of the Study. Youth labour market in the system interaction with the market of educational services.
Purpose of the Study. Identifying features of the educational and vocational guidance of youth migration from the periphery to the regional metropolitan centres in the light of development of the market of educational services.
