Abstract
The authors analyze the current situation in the regional labour markets when employers steadily "contain" the wages rise in spite of the fact that the public market of work isn't saturated with free personnel potential.
The Object of the Study: regional labour markets.
The Subject of the Study is the cost and social and labour phenomena formed in the course of labour market performance in regions of the Russian Federation. The task of the authors was identification of the factors and causes and effect relationships leading to the low and differentiated compensation in the regions which not related to the capital and resource-extraction centres acted as the task set when writing this article. On the case of the Republic of Bashkortostan the illustration of dysfunctional models in the modern labour market is given and the vector of scientific and applied researches of the revealed perspective is set. Empirical studying is based on materials of regional and federal statistics and social researches (2010 - 2016)
