Abstract
The article gives a view of the role of human capital in the development of current social and economic relations as well as the estimation of the role of migration processes on the formation of human capital territory, assessment of the contemporary socioeconomic processes and the migration activity of the population. Regional peculiarities of migration processes in the Republic of Bashkortostan and their causes are considered. A grouping of areas of the Republic of Bashkortostan on the basis of the relationship of migration processes and features of the socioeconomic development of the region and the forecast for the development of migration processes in the Republic of Bashkortostan and on the mechanisms of these processes and management tools of the state are presented.
