Abstract

Object of the Study. Transformations in the global labour market and employment as a result of the digital revolution. Subject of the Study. Identifying trends contributing to increased labour stability or precarious employment in consequence of impact contemporary information technologies. Contents of the Article. The article deals with the  international experience in applying information technologies to facilitate solving labour issues decreasing precarious employment, and their contributing to labour stability and precarious employment. Purpose of the Study. Exploration of contemporary information technologies applied in regulation of labour markets and employment in order to elaborate the suggestions for reducing precarious work.
