Abstract

The article analyzes the problem of the consolidation potential of rural municipalities. Based on the data obtained in the course of empirical research, the authors identify the most significant values of consolidation, the attitude of the population to the consolidation process and the degree of willingness to participate in it. The elements of the consolidation potential are grouped into four blocks: value resources, communication resources, management resources and infrastructure resources.
